Go for a walk and pay attention to your 5 senses:
- What do you hear?
- What does it smell like?
- Do you feel the breeze, the cold, the sun?
- What does the grass, the wild mulberry, the fennel taste like?
- How do you feel the ground under your feet?
- What landscape do you see?
When the worry assails you and your wandering thought appears, be aware and make your brain re-focus in each of your 5 senses.
If you are only in this present moment you can feel completely happy for a moment, at that moment, and this sensation will accompany you the rest of the day, you have the right, even if there are other things in your life that do not work well.
So simple, so healthy.
